I don't blame you for taking a break. I'm sure you and Dr Berry deal with a bunch nut jobs. I see comments and I don't care how tough you are it's gotta get to you. Good mental health is as important as good physical health. I'm extremely grateful for what you and Dr. Berry do. You've saved so many people from miserable lives. Love you both.

@@NeishaSalasBerrylove your content both you Neisha and Dr. Berry ❤ I moved to Texas, and I decided if I was gonna be a Texan - I was gonna be a "Terrific Texan". I even miraculously got the X handle (formally known as Twitter) @TerrificTexan 😊 So- People who live in Tennessee are called Tennesseans. I think you Neisha, Dr. Berry and your adorable little kiddos are all Terrific 🙋 "The Terrific Tennesseans" ❤ aka - The Berry Family ❤ Happy Holidays to you all and God Bless your family. Hello Neisha, glad you're back. Thank you for the great teaching you did in August at Dixon. As to the arson case here is my suggestion...Sunday at church, go to the altar and lift it up to the Lord and let Him handle it and you let it go and do not bring it back with you from the altar. God Bless you, Dr Berry, Beckett, and Bonnie.

Neisha so pleased to hear you recognized that you needed to take time, and delegate, for yourself and your health! Recognizing this need, and voicing it…so the women that follow you hear it and take note, is so very vital! So many of us can relate, and Recognize, in hindsight, that this is something we should’ve done and prioritized at some point in our own lives and so important that your younger followers can see and recognize this need in their current lives! Thanks for sharing this vulnerable moment! 🥰

Neisha, I have to be honest it was woefully apparent in August that you needed a break. You were struggling you just weren’t having fun anymore. You weren’t even enjoying it let alone have fun. So good for you for taking some time for yourself and the family to reprioritize. And welcome back gorgeous!

My husband and I have a small KZbin carnivore channel as well and the things you mention are SO true! KZbin is not hard but it’s time consuming. And as a SAHM (former teacher) you really do have to prioritize your time or you just end up making KZbin the job you resigned from in order to stay home and raise your babies. GO YOU! You’ll never regret the time with your babies ❤

Thanks for the quick update! I’ve commented before on one of your previous videos about what to expect with your explant results because I have been there , done that myself. It’s going to be rough in the beginning but as a 60+ year old person I love the fact that I don’t have those two bricks on my chest like I used to have . Yes I have small boobs now and I wear a padded bra but I feel so much freedom of movement and less worry about other problems that they were going to cause me down the road . I am very glad I did it. In the beginning, though, it will be a real mental struggle for you to not be as voluptuous without them, but in the end, I think you will be glad you did.
