Gilmore Girls is the BEST series. Makes me feel all warm inside, especially during the Holiday Season. Makes you want to cozy up in bed with a hot coffee (😜 if u get the reference, give this a like!) , light some candles, and dim the lights. A really good vibes series. Have fun! Exactly! How you deal with an ending to a relationship is different with each relationship you have. There are so many factors involved. Your mental state and feeling of stability when it happens or if it was something you knew was coming or if it was out of the blue. Even the time of year can be a factor. There is no wrong way to move on with your life and find your new path and routine.

It’s so interesting that people messaged you on social media. This year has moved incredibly slowly and quickly at the same time, it feels like. I vividly remember you struggling and not looking as happy or as centered - understandably so. But we have so much more time to ourselves this year that I think it has worked for your benefit. And there is no right or wrong length of time to move on. Doesn’t mean you won’t have moments of feeling sad or lonely or yearning for what you had, but only you and your CLOSE friends and family know the true reality of your life. Not us. We’re just here to enjoy whatever you allow us to see. And we thank you. ❤️

I have watched you for years and ngl, as of recently, haven't really been following you on KZbin for a while now, I'm sorry. My life has just been, a lot too. Maybe I'll see and like your posts and stories on IG. So this is kind of the first video of yours that I watched since years now I think, and oh my goodness, you've grown so much as a person but still the same you. I don't know how to explain it but the YOU right now, so different from the you I watched back then and yet, similar in a way. But one things for sure, you are definitely stronger, happier and wiser. I'm no even exaggerating when I say I'm just blown away and I could not be happier for you. I've loved you, the values you hold, the things you teach, the way you are, and I can honestly say that I am so much more in love with you now Niomi. I've been going through something recently too and I feel like this time, out of all the rough moments I've had, is the hardest. Feel like giving up. But watching this video, seeing you go through what you've gone through and are still going through, gives me hope. Makes me want to try harder. It's hard and I know it's still gonna be hard, but at least, especially after hearing you speak your truth in this video, the way you truly love and respect yourself as a human being, I'm gonna try my damn best. I don't know if you'll ever see this but I'll just leave this here anyways. Thank you Niomi, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. It doesn’t matter how long it takes to heal. Just be your lovely self and take care of you 🥰 We all deal with things differently and just keep doing what your doing 🥰 sending lots of love x I enjoyed the video and I have helped me get back into my yoga - I’m struggling and now we are isolating as my daughter has just tested positive for Covid ( even when we followed the guide lines, mask etc)- so for me I will stay positive and keep my family safe with my hubby by my side and make time to do my meditation and yoga - Thankyou for always inspiring 🥰 your a beautiful soul xx

A shame people can’t see someone thriving & being happy without trying to destroy or ruin it. So nice to see it Naomi & it is inspiring for those of us who are going through similar situations & feel there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you & wishing you all the happiness and beyond ✨✨✨

I think it’s essential to put yourself first sometimes, and if anyone deserves putting themselves first it’s you Niomi. You pretty much refocused your life, dropped everything and moved to India for someone else. I think part of the reason you feel happy so soon after is a sign that it wasn’t meant to be, that he wasn’t 100% right for you. I’m sure it has been hard, but you do look really happy and I wish you all the best xx

Wow, people sending you texts criticizing you for being happy is just mad. You are and so is anyone of us allowed to feel what we feel. I'm watching your channel for 2-3 years now and I don't know you in person but to me you seem authentic and inspiring. All the best and sending you a lot of good vibes!

Niomi, this video made me cry. Mostly because I have had tough months lately, but also because it has been hard for me to focus on myself and be selfish enough, in a good way. Hearing you having these kind of feelings too made me realise that I'm not alone. I wish you all the best, love you. ❤️

@Niomi wow, when you said: "I think I've found a part of me that I never knew I lost" - you just completely summed up my journey over the last couple of months. I too went through a break-up in February - but that wasn't it, I realized I hadn't felt like myself for so long. Now I'm slowly refinding myself and I'm so proud of the woman I've always been but kind of denied myself to be. Thank you for your honesty and vulnerability, shows how strong you actually are. Lots of virtual hugs

I think that were you are now is the goal for everyone that its in this journey of self love and healing, you said it right, when you focus on yourself and the emotions you're feeling instead of running away from them is when the healing starts. I'm so thankful that you share these moments because some of us are living/dealing with kinda same issues. Loved this content i've missed it! XO From Mexico!

It's amazing to see you like this. Don't feel like you have to justify the way you've handled and are handling things. My best friend has gone through the same life change in the summer and you reminded me so much of her when you said that you found part of yourself again, not even knowing you've lost it. It's an amazing thing to find out, not just for you but the people around you to see you more content and happy is amazing! You're thriving hun! I loved this video so much. I prefer the natural watching you in your normal habitat, then a more planned video. Because it's real, the real you. And you made it feel like we were actually there, having girl time together. I'm happy that you're growing personally, after something terrible happened. I went through a breakup earlier this year, and I was all over the place, emotionally. I had the highs and lows as well. We ended up getting back together after a lot of talking through everything. But I do understand what you're going through, it's an interesting time learning yourself again. Wishing you all the best

Thank you so much for sharing, and I completely resonate. My long term boyfriend and I broke up after 6 years, I had 2 weeks of crying and then I felt so at peace and so happy. But it was because I spent the last 2 years of us together just so heartbroken, and tense that it was like a huge weight lifted of my shoulders. Everyone processes things differently. 💕

People can be so rude. How someone deals with emotional situations is completely up to them. Sometimes things go by quicker. Not easier, but just quicker. And sometimes, tiny little setbacks follow you around for months. Every situation and every person is unique and so is their way of pulling themselves out of the mud.
