You are not alone @saltofthearthbr! Control is an easy trap to fall into, but it's an illusion too, as none of us are truly in control of our lives or circumstances. Only God. Father, please help this child to let go of their plans, habits and schedules little by little and let you rule and reign in all their day. This sermon has impacted me in so many ways!! I definitely needed this because I am one that loves to control my life which leads to trying to reach perfection. It is an everyday thing that I have to give God control and realize that I will never reach perfection and that's okay because I know I am not called to be. For my card answer: a relationship. There has been a relationship in my life that God has told me to wait a couple of years before dating this girl. And this can definitely be very challenging because it can cause a lot of fear and doubt. But I know what he has told me will come to pass all I have to do is trust. It is “For God Alone” because without him the things that need to happen maybe mentally or spiritually, won't happen without him. Neither will it come to pass without him.

It took me a tough scolding from my second born for me to surrender my first born who had got into drug addiction, to God. I had tried all ways to make her change but everytime I tried I got frustrated till I almost fell into thinking God doesn't care.
