Hugo, as always, is entertaining. You guys might want to look into what's called a French Drain around your dugout. It's basically an underground drain that channels surface and ground water away from an area.

Dogs are social beings. Your doggy needs a companion. How about some dog boots for his feet? And, a waterproof dog jacket. You don't want him to get sick or hurt. I don't know how far away you travel on your ATC; but, do you ever let your dog ride with you? I see what you eat; but, I never see what you feed your dog. Your cabin is quiet and serene. I like that.
