The egg burger looked lovely. As a farmer (well, an assistant junior farm hand) I want to say thank you for being considerate and thoughtful of the tractor pulling out. It shows you have aforethought, common sense, empathy and compassion. It's so easy to be courteous to other road users and above all it's free. With the bash plate, I'd advise you to carry some cable ties and some fencing wire with pliers.

As you well know, I’m no stranger to an early rise and have to agree, it’s such a lovely time to be up and about! I really don’t know how you manage with having to use public loo’s all the time. Perhaps it’s my age but I’d go from stealth mode to panic mode pretty quickly if I can’t go!
@LifeistooshortCK3 жыл бұрын
The toilet thing used to worry us but now it never even crosses our minds. We have pee bottles and a bivvy loo for emergencies and the truth is the Bivvy loo hardly ever gets used and the pee bottles get tipped in a public loo each morning. Some loos are gross and others very clean but I would far prefer to do what we now do than mess around with a cassette toilet how we used to in our caravan. There are some interesting toilet designs coming onto the market now, not that we have room for one. 👍

To be honest David I can’t recommend any at the moment as they all have their faults. Soon all being well you will see us transition to an iPad for navigation. We tried it and liked it a lot but I needed an efficient way to mount it which I now have. Navigation will probably be google maps when we have cell service, pocket Earth or Tom Tom Go if we don’t have service. Tom Tom Go is good and crystal clear at junctions but sadly often refuses to recognise destinations.
