Very encouraging. For those considering meditation or those who think they "can't meditate." Please know that you can't do it wrong. You can do it better, but you can't do it wrong. Sit quietly and focus inward. That's it. That's all. Enjoy. UBU.

I hope you managed to continue this routine since then :) I now meditate every evening for 2 years. In my own comprehension of the meditation, there is kind of a philosophy to understand with it. Even if it can lead to a sort of relaxation, it shouldn't be used as this purpose. It can be difficult to catch but in fact, meditation has no purpose, or more precisely, it is a kind of healthy routine to learn to just be by letting go the urge to be effective and have results. So, if you are experiencing noises or any kind of disturbance, it is not necessarily "bad" conditions nor a kind of failure but it is part of the experience. The thing in Mindfullness is how you deal with thoses disturbances and discomfort.

meditating for over 2yrs everyday has taught me all those intrusive thoughts during meditation doesn't go away but bringing your mind to focus after catching yourself is the key, there like the reps you do in the gym to strengthen muscles, in this case your brain muscles

The shots you capture in all your videos ✨ I think it’s a must to put headphones on... takes you away from your env and puts you in another. I like to listen to frequency and nature sounds 🍃

Just found this channel, this video looked so good I'm definitely going to watch the others! I've been trying to get back to meditating daily for some time now. I meditated almost every day for two years and then I gradually stopped. I guess it is a good thing that I feel the need to do it less, like some of the benefits of meditation have oozed through and became a fixture of my daily life, but sometimes I'm afraid I'm starting to lose them bit by bit. This video inspired me to get back to it without feeling the anxiety to do so, so thanks.

Great video! ❤3:53 For Tip 1, a guide that hugely inspired me with scientific proof of the benefits of meditation & an EASY technique was this video: 'How I rewired my brain in six weeks' - BBC News. After years of telling myself I "should" meditate, it actually made me WANT to. Huzzah! 🤩Thanks for reminding me of the missing link of making it part of a routine so I *remember* to do it. D'oh! 😄Habit stacking, starting small, and temptation bundling have worked wonders in my life! 😃

To manage stress: Take up health as a hobby. Eat well. Sleep well. Exercise. Meditate or pray. Have a hobby. Make friends. Find meaning and purpose. It's that simple (but not easy). Healthy organisms feel better. ☮☮🕊🕊☯☯🙏🙏😊😊🎉🎉

Loved it once again. Thought it was very relatable and familiar hearing somebody yelling your name out loud while trying to practice quiet time and meditation. Well done! Also, do you haze your room? Your lighting is so soft and seems like there's some haze that was added and it looks so good!

Good for you, Riza. Sadhana is truly the most meaningful practice a person can engage in. I began the practice in 1979. Here is my tips: 1) Find a genuinely Self Realized Master. Take his initiation. Become disciplined. 2) Know that most who claim to be Masters, are not. Don't be fooled. 3) Meditate on a very empty stomach, if you can. And pray earnestly for assistance.
