I've got chipmunks that are nothing but trouble. They get into my cars and eat wires. No to say mice are not an issue as they are too, but i dont think mice eat walnuts and leave the shells on the engine.

I love the old wood, I tore down an old house once that had 20" wide redwood for the walls. I saved everything I could. Some of that wood went behind the bar at the Kirkwood inn on highway 88 in California

It's about a group of retired people going on a travel vacation with caravan or camper in Europe. You see and hear them waking up, drinking coffee, doing laundry and talking. It is so boring. Patrick, I find your style so much like my own. Years ago when my kids were young, we had a ships bell that I would use to call them in from playing in the neighborhood. I like the use of dirt on a panel for straight lines. Looks like you will need to bring two lunches from now on. Your new buddy needs to fatten up before winter. 😊 A wood stove would be awesome. We built a tiny home 500 square feet in the mountains as a get away place. We recycled boards from old buildings being tore down due to a fire, then floods, then tornado. They were absolutely beautiful. As we worked we had an audience of squirrels and birds. We started packing special lunches 4 them to enjoy with us during breaks. Nature and history...so nice to know the stories behind both....my guess is a caste iron wood stove

My guess is that perhaps you picked up an old apron sink for the outdoor kitchen? I know you don't have running water, but a simple cistern/reservoir that gravity feeds it and a grey water line out to a French Drain is all you'd need to rinse your hands and utensils while cleaning!

The Outdoor Kitchen is coming along great! That old warm has, and shares its unique character. A lot of snow in Glacier NP area yesterday morning, closed Going To The Sun Road for a while. If I was at an Antique Store, which I'm known to do, I have seen many times a two or three burner gas burner lets call it. You know just the open type burner no cabinet just the burners and often white porcelain knobs. Always loved those things and in an outdoor kitchen looking out that window above the metal siding what a fun place to make some eggs or flip some pancakes. That's my guess just a thought :=)
