It is not just science that MUST relent, religion should too. Sadly not one person has found the strength to challenge Western Christianity though they should. Its evolution alone begs to be thoroughly questioned. Instead the world just allows the Catholic religion to dominate. Not one person stops to think that, Gee they conquered judisam took the book and altered it to suit their designs. But do people ever stop to think of all the beliefs like "The Cathars" that were murdered to silence them. Instead people simply say, "Oh it's the Bible. No need to question it." What I find very disturbing is that descriptions left in stone do not reflect anything as to what is written in that book. One exception is the Enuma Elish which I greatly question it's translation because of the similarities to the book of Genesis. Just a thought....and challenge.

Why not show ONLY Olmec sites? Cutting regularly to El Castillo, the well-preserved, iconic pyramid at Chichen Itza, is not exactly reassuring. I know the Olmec megastructures were made of soil, not stone, but that's because there was not much rock in Olmec country in the south of the state of Veracruz and in Tabasco. Exception --- the volcanic stone in the area of Santiago Tuxtla. Don't talk about the Olmeca being a distinct civilization and show Maya-Toltec ruins from 2000 years later. You undermine your narrative by embellishing it unnecessarily. The gigantic heads and the artifacts at La Venta are more than adequate to prove your point,. It would also be good to document the heads and other artifacts at the Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City and the almost-as-superb museum in Jalapa, Veracruz. I believe I've seen 17 of the heads, all that have been found so far except for the two or four now in museums in NYC and London. I've also seen machine-tooled modern copies of the heads, and the latter are pale imitations of the originals. The Olmeca were extraordinary artists. And yes, they appear to be the ancestral culture to the Maya, though there remains the questions of the noses, which are totally different. The Olmec ones do lock quite African. Maya noses are aquiline, Olmec ones flat. Some have suggested the heads represent some amalgamation of human and jaguar features. The Olmec believed that humans were created when a jaguar mated with the Earth. The latter noses remind me of the Afronesian ones -- and genes -- found in Amazonian populations, which I believe you have discussed in other videos. Overall -- excellent. People need to know and learn a lot more about ancient MesoAmerican cultures.

I don't think so. The Hopi Indians (Arizona) have an oral tradition that their ancestors came from the east. And also, my yoga guru said that the Mayan civilization was a transplanted civilization that came to Central America from South India. And then we have the Olmecs who look like they were from Africa or Polynesia.
