Materials on the First floor are 10 out of 10. cool exotic stone marbles . and then second floor i guess it dawned on the developer that he spent too much cost on the first floor materials n pool n entrance way so he maybe decided to spare expense on the second floor . That is why there are too many white dry walls on the second floors. Other than the fact that it has many white dry walls on the second floors this home is hands down one of the best modern waterfront estate In recent yrs .maybe top10? Best one under 30mil range. I love the pool area vibes n pool views n entrance way water features. Great video as always
