The staging is perfection/ downstairs empty space would be a good game lounge space/ Pivot doors move too slow for my taste but they are nice/ kitchen is super sexy materials and ambient light and the flooring dont like the low windows/ Love the open carport space/ the upstairs game space should be library office space🤩

I know what you mean. It feels almost like a mixture between a greenhouse and an office building and not a home. I understand the use of large/picture windows in perhaps specific parts of a house to enjoy views but when you cover so much of a property in glass it just feels like what the house is gaining in light/luminosity , it's also losing in soul.

Very functional home and great options. The principle bedroom is great with separate loos a marriage saver I think. Double guest rooms including a main floor guest possible room. Multi generational home could be. Nice pool was there a sauna? change room or shower room for it or only toilet. Maybe a change room for guests a cabana. I did like the overall colour and texture scheme. No carpeting and wood and epoxy is interesting. Media room could be used for an office easily. Great home for the price I think :) maybe they should put in some sustainable solar power might entice buyers make the roof useful. What is the AC like not sure you said what system it's using. I agree with cars are nice :) set back from a busy road is good :)

The house has enough natural light coming through so no solar panels needed obiviously. Not sure what those comments are about and the overhead power lines are a must because of the sea level they can't be underground. The house is well done except the location of the two loos ...hahahaha love that word i agree they need to have more space and doors but maybe i missed that? Tour was very fast paced tho will have to watch again not sure I caught it all. Nice solo tour Matt, but where's Summer?
