The bolt to attach with the nut is too short. The nut doesn't fit into the circle of the pole brace. I have model 90228 & the pieces are DRZ & BTS. BTS won't go through the pole brace. The braces also don't sit flush with the pole. We tried for an hour with no luck. Any suggestions?

at step 3.3 driving the nuts like shown caused the bolt to bind and bend bolt and ruined sleeve nut AAJ. having to call for replacement parts now

Yup. Something happened to me. Horrible instructions and parts.

The pole is stuck together. Any tricks on how to get the bottom part separated from the middle part

My son and I were installing this. At 3.3 bolt snapped. Very disappointed.

The pole brace nut on mine refuses to screw all the way up.

Dans cette vidéo, vous ne montrez pas comment remplir la base. Comment le poteau dois être ? est-ce que si on l'acotte sur l'anneau elle vas brisé ? Et vous ne montrer pas comment manipuler la poteau quand tout est assemblé.
