Hi. After finishing assembly I can't make it go down. It's still a the maximum high. Gas string does not move.

When I go to put the arm bars into the pole there a quarter of a inch to long and I have the correct pole at the bottom because it’s the same length as the middle pole and the smallest pole goes on the tip top if I move it at all for the arms to line up with the holes it takes the wheels on the top of the bottom part that you would put the sand in did the factory mess up??? I’m doing everything the direction and this video is saying they just will not line uo

My hoop wont lock into 10 feet highest it locks is 9'5ft

What is the lowest setting the rim can go to? Is it 7 feet or 8 feet? Thanks!

The lowest setting is 7 ft on all our systems minus the youth systems.

Hey I was at a quick question I'm repairing one for some friends or some neighbor kids down the street. But I got it all reassembled and everything looks correct. But the backboard looks like it's tilted back just a little bit. Is that the correct position

No it shouldn’t be. Make sure that the V-Shape brackets on the back of the backboard are fully tighten. If they are, there may be other issues going on. Please send pictures to [e-mail] so we can take a better look at what could be the issue.

What would happen if u put the inner gaurd bolt in a diffrent hole other than 3? 6:32

If the bolt is not in the correct spot, the system may not adjust properly and you will probably have issues with the installation as parts will not line up correctly.
