We drove up to Jayuya, Puerto Rico to spend a few days in the high country. On our first day we drove a long way through the winding roads through towns like Utuado until we finally reached Hacienda Gripinas. We ate at La Casona and then had a flat tire in the dark and rain! Thankfully we were able to get it fixed and back on the road where we explored a little more of the city the next day.

Sorry about the cold shower but I'm glad you enjoyed Jayuya. My wife is from Jayuya and we enjoyed watching your video from her hometown. They have El Cemi museum, Casa Canales museum, La Piedra Escrita, El Globo(currently not functioning) Hacienda San Pedro. I'm from Ponce and if you ever want to experience Europe in Puerto Rico try downtown Ponce. We have two beautiful islands off the coast, Caja de Muertos and Isla Cardona. There is also Hacienda Buena Vista and Hacienda La Mocha where you can book a room and Lago Cerrillo. Ponce is a big city for Puerto Rico standards. Castillo Serralles is a great place to visit as well and behind it there is a very small Japanese garden with amazing views of the city and Caribbean sea. Thank you again for sharing the beauty of Puerto Rico.

How are you loosing all that weight????help
@LifeTransPlanet
@LifeTransPlanet 3 жыл бұрын
I lost a lot of weight (about 35 lbs) after we moved here from the lifestyle change, then I gained about 10 lbs back after having the baby. It has been slowly going back to my ideal weight. Mostly just being active and eating lots of salads and not eating too late at night. Also, try a spoonful of chia seeds every morning and night with a glass of milk. They will keep you full and have lots of fiber,protein and vitamins.
