Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.

Oh REPOS! I got sent over to Alabama to pick-up a 963 loader and return it to the rental yard. They told me the loader needed to be off the lot because they were bringing in a modular building and would be bringing a crane so they told me to load at dawn. When the contractors's fuel truck arrived to fuel and grease machines, a quick conversation made me aware this was a repo, not a regular move. I was already loaded so I pulled out. Just before I got to I 20, the boss and two other pick-ups spotted me. I got on the interstate and with my 600 HP and tall gears, they couldn't keep up. I kept going fast to the Georgia State Line. Oh repos!

Spray a little dish soap on the trailer. Used that a lot on my fifth wheel slide. Good Job!

You should keep a bottle cheap dish soap to put on the trailer runners when its dry like that they slide right on !

Always frame in larger openings or give some sort of support you gave the building way more stress than it needed to be under.

There is no reason for a shed to be built on 4 x 4 post. They should be a minimum of a 4 x 6. And they should’ve had a 2 x 12 double up above that rollup door.

Someone got conned into one of those clothes or accessories pyramid schemes. Then found out no one wants to travel to a run down house in the country to buy junk. Couldn't pay on it any more, came up with a racket saying it was junk to save the repo on their credit report.

T-111 is trash to begin with, the back end is buried in dirt. Osb. Hollow interior door on the exterior, all corners cut bare bones If they made 2 years payments it probably paid for construction and delivery. Someone is going to be buying a floppy repo shed next

It's loaded, but better not hit any bumps or it's liable to just break into pieces. There were no cross members. I'd refuse to deliver that again just because it would be dangerous to haul.

My Moto Is & Has Always Been, ONE TIME RIGHT I TOTALLY understand What You Say About That Shed & They Probaly Even Charge More ? , But I have A idea, IF You Got Some Probably 4×4 Angle IRON THAT YOU COULD SLIP UNDER EACH END& A PIECE ABOUT 3 or 4 feet Long For Each side & Bolted Them To A 3 or 4 inch Flat Bar it Would Give You A Good Solid Lift Place To Lift Drag Or What Ever But You Might Need To Run A couple Lag Bolts Through Them Also But You Wou l d Be Able To Get It For Sure & Store Them With Your 4×4 in Your Trailer ??? 😉👍🇺🇲

I have a 12x24 barn shaped roof 12 foot tall i need moved. Being it has lofts in it, my local guy says he can't move it from Louisiana to Mississippi without a permit because of the lofts,and has to have LA state trooper escort. Does this sound right. I watch videos of you and others hauling way bigger units than mine and never a police escort. It only has to go 40 miles. They said if it didn't have the lofts, they could move it, without permit and escort.
