Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their payments it gets REPOED.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the it.

That trailer has so many features. Along with your tracked machine. I'm sure they are both expensive. Have you thought of purchasing your own equipment and being your own boss.. Obviously there is money to be made and you could make a go of it independently

No they would not be able to move a mobile home, there are a couple machines that are made to move those one is called "house tug" the other "remote trax" whether you can rent them I don't know.

Josh, it sure seems like a lot of people are irresponsible in buying these sheds. You doing repos would show them that a contract is nothing to mess around and forget. Plus the fact that they don’t clean them out it’s lost cargo in storage

Those payments are about 400 or so per month. The thing is that there is no money down and no credit check. Delivery in a day or two. But with a cap rate of twenty seven percent or so, you can get more for your money if you could find a landlord. The cost of evictions through the courts can make landlords charge two months up front. That is if they will rent to low credit scores in the first place. The mini barn concept is much less risk in the first place. Because no court hearing or court fee or lawyer required when all you need is a repo man Lenient courts in Ohio favoring the tenant make them an option that is beneficial to barn finance companies if not the person renting to buy. Mortgage rates are double. Look for more of this activity. It is not legal to occupy these things in most of Ohio and does not meet health dept standards. However, how bad is it as compared to living in a car or a tent or under a bridge?? Don't hate me for telling the truth. Landlords took a Huge hit during the covid year and some lost their properties and cannot afford to repair them.
