The most amazing thing about Pink Floyd, to me anyway, is that as great as their lyrics are, the music tells the story so perfectly on every track, that you almost don't even need the lyrics. At least not to feel the way they want you to feel.

I love this song, still relevant today, there is a live version on YT and it gives me goose bumps every time, especially when the backing singers kick in. Pink Floyd moves your soul

"Journey" is the best word to describe Floyd's music. The group's albums aren't a collection of individual songs, but each song is a chapter in a book meant to be started at the beginning and played through until the end in order to understand the full meaning.

For me, this was a bandwagon track fitting for the year of release, one year after Live Aid. That said, as it’s such a phenomenal song anyway, it really hits the mark. I’ve seen them do this live 3 times ❤
