i really like LIforme too. I got an orange happiness mat this summer and i noticed when i got it .. it was wrinkly and it wouldn't disappear. So i contacted customer service to ask if this is normal . They were so helpful too. I ended up not doing an exchange but keeping the mat . Liforme gave me $30 off and i thought i would just end up keeping a discounted mat and save the money for a next one next time:)

That is great! Thank you for sharing. Yes, the customer service is excellent, I must say. And i totally understand that in production there are mistakes sometimes. And I feel based on my experience thus far that they take absolute responsibility for that.

Try out BMat by time. They have no alignment, but the colours are super durable, eben if you practice Ashtanga on it.

Interesting...I own the White Magic mat too and mine stained yellow throughout in streaks, almost as if the gold paint smeared. Liforme changed it for free and replaced, BUT it happened again. I never used it outside (although, that is irrelevant), I think it’s because it’s white and the ink...

Yes, it could be. I have an issue now with the orange one falling apart after LESS than a year of practice on it. i have to say I'm not really happy with the company. I will have to contact them AGAIN and get a replacement again because the mat is crumbling away under my foot and leaves mess everywhere. This is not what I expected after investing so much in a mat.

@@karunayogahu wow! I’m shocked to hear, I was thinking I should not have replaced with white again, but now with your experience again, the issue is not the color! My next may will be Manduka or Jade for much less $$$

@@beautymaven3952 Yes, I am writing them again today with the photos, asking for a replacement, but I think I will also invest in another mat, as it is very sad that every 7-8 months an expensive mat falls apart.

my white magic mat turned a yellowish color. I only practice indoors. It is still grippy so I didn't try to return it.

I also ordered a white mat. If the ink is erased during use, is it defective? You exchange it? I ordered it because it was so pretty, but I'm looking forward to it... I'm already worried that the ink will be erased😢

Hello, I wouldn’t worry. My friend has used one for years and the ink is fine. If you have any troubles though, the customer support is excellent!

@@karunayogahu Is only your white matte ink erased? I ordered the same white mat yesterday. If I watch your video, I am worried that the ink on my matte will be erased. I don't live in England, I hope there will be no problems🙏

@@안윤영-h3w I'm sure it will be fine. I also don't live in England, customer support is still good. Yes I only had problem with the white one, the orange one is perfect. I think it was that one particular mat. I don't think the whole series has the issue, as nobody I know had it. Do not worry :)

Wiworldandi has pure white mat :) only with logo and center line :)
