I like everything except the wheels. IMO, anything larger than an 18” wheel does not belong on a Jeep. Having those same 37s on either a 17 or 18 would be better for wheeling - more sidewall & also looks better.

You do still need to re gear even 2dr when going up that big in tire. Otherwise the engine tq band is not reached because rpm would be too low. Really anything 35 and above id want to regear to 4:56 to 5:13

Just crossed over 5k mi. on my near identical bright white 2-door rig, except keeping mine stock, no lift planned. Prefer stock tire width and body length for optimal handling on often badly eroded narrow shelf roads with tight switchbacks. Have found long abandoned wagon trails leave no room to spare for maneuvering. Agree the big wheels/tires and lift look cool, but they are detrimental to negotiating off the beaten path narrow trails.

The cheapest 2 door rubicon in California right now is 49k, has the upgraded audio, cold weather package and towing package, no leather, no insulated top, not color matched top or fenders.

Mopar 2 inch lift. This Rubicon does not have the steel bumper package so the 2 inch Mopar lift will actually raise the Jeep about 2.5 inches. Mopar lift on Sport or Sahara gives you about 3 inches.

Why on earth would anyone put larger tires on this and lift it?? This Rubicon is extremely capable as stock. Only an idiot would spend $60k+ on a Jeep and then pump more money into it unnecessarily. If you get a Rubicon JL, the 33's with the modest stock coil lift is all you need. There is absolutely NO need to ever modify this!! And you should have got the steel Rubicon bumper. Remove the ends for much better off roading as the stubby and you are done! It's amazing how the aftermarket continues to get away with shaming and fooling so many imbeciles into thinking you need 35's - 40's and a lift. 🙄 I have an '05 TJ Rocky Mtn with the AMC 4.0 I6, 32" ko2's and 2" Old Man Emu coils, Currectlync steering, Freedom Off Road front adj track bar and their front lower adj control arms, rest are fixed Detroit Axles, transfer case drop kit, JKS quick disconnects, M.O.R.E steering box brace, Fox 2.0 Shox and Fox steering stabilizer. And this modest build has given me the absolute best vehicle I've had. All in, I'm at least $35k under this Rubicon JL and my rig more than keeps up with these. In fact, it outperform most of these crazy expensive JL Rubicons because of people's inexperience and/or their lack of off road instincts and common sense. O|||||||O 🇺🇸 Only in a 2 dr 🇺🇸 '41 - '06
