Does this setup rub? Ok cutting some plastic but don't want to modify anything else. Also, does anyone know the overall height of a Silverado with this lift with 35s? On paper, it would still fit in a 7ft parking garage, looks taller than that in real life

Awesome truck! Do you know if he has problems with his DIC flashing Service 4WD and/or Service Stabilitrak or cruise control shutting off on it’s own? I just got an 8 inch BDS Coilover kit and I’m having those problems. Thanks! 🤙🏽

Did you get an alignment after the install? Because those issues you mentioned occurs if you drive without getting an alignment after the install.

If your alignment paper shows you're in the green and your steering wheel is center then thats good. The only wires you disconnect during the install is the ABS wires. Im wondering if they disconnected your battery and did something during the install and now you're getting faulty problems on your instrument panel. You could try and get the faults cleared and see if it happens again. They can also see what codes are coming up on your vehicle. We have never had any issues with any kits we install except when the customer delays getting an alignment.

LiftKits4Less yeah alignment and everything is good. I took it back to the shop and no fault codes. They said they didn’t disconnect the ABS either. I wonder if I should disconnect the negative battery terminal and let it sit for a couple of hours. I also got a Service 4WD again today but this time sitting at a red light. By the way, thanks for helping me out. It’s much appreciated. 🤙🏽

A 0.25” wheel spacer must be used if factory 18” or 20” wheels are used. Maximum tire diameter and width for use on the factory 18” wheel (8.5” wide with 5.3” backspac- ing) is 34.0” x 10.50”. Maximum tire diameter and width for use on the factory 20” wheel (9.0” wide with 6.0” backspac- ing) is 35.0” x 12.50”. Recommended 18” wheel dimensions are 8.0” - 8.5” wide with 4.5” - 5.0” backspacing. Recommended tire for aftermarket 18” wheels is a 34.0” x 10.5” Recommended 20” wheel dimensions are 8.0” - 9.5” wide with 4.5” - 5.75” backspacing. Recommended tire for aftermarket 20” wheels is a 35.0” x 12.5”

@@AutoParts4Less thanks for the reply, appreciate it. I am not using factory 20's, Backspacing is 4.75". Think studs are long enough but I'll confirm. I know these kits kick your front wheels out just a little over 1.5" so anyone looking for an even stance will need 1.5" spacers on the rear.

@@arcamediuas If you get this kit and use your tires and wheels, you would need the 1,50" spacers in the rear to equal out the stance with the front tires. For the front you might need to do some minor trimming on the wheel wells for turning radius clearance to avoid rubbing. We do that a lot on the Chevy trucks because of the square wheel wells. Most customers go with the max tires and wheels. So your setup would be good for this kit. Why do all these kits don’t recommend gearing? 4:56 are they available? Also rear blocks no arched springs, and the front lower control arm bolts do not pass through the lock nut. Any input would be great thx for the video.

gearing isnt really an issue until you start getting up to 37s. 35s are slower and take more power to.turn but not to the point that you will be over working your transmission.

The recommended tire size is 35"x 12.5" based on a 9" or 10" wide wheel with no greater than 5 inches of backspacing. Running a 22"x 14" wide wheel will require fender modifications due to the wheel well of the GM model truck being to narrow. There will not be enough turn radius clearance.

These are really designed for 8” the coils are dialed for 8” you can increase the coil rate which is going to stiffen the coils which will reduce ride quality.....
