Last week, I flew out to Japan for the first time since 2019 to meet up with ‪@breonansley2104‬ , ‪@OfficialJeffSeid‬ and VQ's Japanese athletes! Day 2, I hit a quick leg workout before speaking to everyone that came out to VQ's pop-up event, and answering some questions from the audience. Day 3, I hit a shoulder workout with Yuki and Yuki, and we went back for another pop-up showing athletes how to pose and hosting a little pull-up and bench challenge! I had an amazing time meeting all of you that came out, and appreciate you guys taking the time to watch this vlog.
