Next on Turnin Rust, Lance receives word to the where abouts of 3 possible vehicles. Being left behind with lots of memories, a family decides its time to turn loose of their late fathers resting rides in hopes to see them on the road again.
While closing the deal, they find out some ignited information that would lead up to a living legacy for “Fireball Floyd”
Directing their attention to revive the heartbeat of the 62 fleetside c10, rubber hits the road as this 500 big block Cadillac roars again.
And what says Cadillac more than the king of all fins! Between busted knuckles and bad timing, heavenly gears align with the purchase of a highly sought after 59 Cadillac.
Back at the shop, things get heated as they alter the attitude on this one of a kind ruckus raising shop truck. After all, nothing screams fab shop more than a fireball breathing hot rod!
Follow along as the guys press through obstacles and dilemmas in hopes to honor the former passions of Fireball Floyd. Giving hope to another while serving God and building rods, here at Turnin Rust.
This ones for you Floyd!
LIGHT IT UP!!! 🔥🔥🔥
►►Huge shout out to MAXXD Trailers for hooking us up with a 8" Power Equipment Trailer (T8X) to make loading our picks a breeze, it literally takes us no time with the power tilt to just hook the vehicles up and take them home! You can see the full details on this trailer at - goo.gl/WfW7qk

This truck is a lot like my neighbor friend's truck from my high school years. I would love to have one especially with that engine. For my taste I would do everything mechanical but different cosmetically. I liked the original color and wheels. The lights and flame not priority but I appreciate doing what the owner really wants. You make great videos. I will keep watching. Other vehicles my cool neighbor had included a custom 1947 VW bug, a fast dragster '70 Camaro called Fire and Ice (blue fade to red color) and a serious drag boat which I actually drove once.

I agree 100% that God should have the glory, amen my brothers, but I have a different opinion about the stance of a truck. Lowering a truck and putting forklift tires on it is NOT my idea of cool, I would've given it 4-wheel drive, lifted it, and put bigger feet on it. A truck should not fear speed-bumps or mud ;-)
@quickdeuce
@quickdeuce 4 жыл бұрын
You're for sure entitled to your opinion Dave but mine is 180 out from yours,, I LUV the lowered stance. Speed bumps? No prob,, just find another way into that parking lot or go someplace else,, simple enough. I had a LOW '63 Chevy II and at a few shows had to stack little blocks of wood to get over speed bumps but we got 'er dun. That was a long time ago,, now days guys just use bags,, blow ;em up and drive over the bumps then drop their hotrod back to Mother Earth and look cewl :).

Hey Lance, I want you and your dad to know how much I, and so many other people, enjoy your channel. Great work, keep em' coming, and thanks for sharing your picking and patina builds with us. I'm writing to ask you to share with us the re-build on the 46 Chevy truck you bought from Deany Hall, and is now your dad's to work on. I'd like to see a complete series of episodes showing him working on it and you assisting him. I'm sure it would get a lot of views and likes. No doubt that 46 will be a great ride. I'm also going to suggest that you concentrate on finding and selling more old truck that most guys are looking for. From your inventory, I don't think a lot of us of interested in the buses, old tow trucks, and step vans. Just a few thoughts and suggestions for you ponder. Take care and God bless!

I disagree. The quality and content is certainly good enough for t.v. but, at least on KZbin you can skip the ads. This video would be made into five or six padded-out 40 minute Discovery episodes, constantly repeating footage and, somehow, there would have to be a deadline. The guys would end up having to "pull all-nighters" and arguing amongst themselves. The laid-back style is what makes this such a watchable channel. Please just keep it on KZbin,☺ Cheers, Dougie.

Then new coil suspension absorber is weighted at what weight in term of pounds? These are what the specification - we all want to hear it where you add a pair of small coils. Thank you.

If I had the time and money I would be picking up a 61-63 Chevy truck just like that one, I absolutely love those trucks and the styling, especially the double headlight setup.... Personally for power I would be swapping in a 4.8/5.3L mid 2000s truck engine (for reliability) and 3.73 limited slip rear.... Oh and I cringed when I saw him cut a hole in that original short bed, please keep these trucks close to original metal as possible. The engine had already been swapped so another swap is no big deal. I understand the desire to make money, but there are so few of these classic trucks around that I would want to keep as many here (in the US) as possible instead of shipping them overseas.
