Now, I'm interested for an S-rank Billy when he was with the Sons of Calydons as their undefeated champion with Lighter. I bet Billy is a brawler too like Lighter.

Whats also mad disrespectful is that after he dodges and does the spin dodges he turns around and starts flicking his lighter again before continuing to get to what looks like his main target.
