LIGHTS OF MADRID | Timelapse 8K

This is the first Christmas I spend in this incredible city, after moving from London, I thought that it would be a great opportunity to make a Time Lapse & Hyperlapse Film about the beautiful decorations that make Madrid such a great city to visit during this time of the year.
It took me about a month, 26.000 Photos and 1.5TB of space to shoot this film, a special thanks to Hostal La Prensa, Picalagartos Sky Bar and Hotel Europa Madrid for the access to some of the best view of Madrid.

It’s depending on the shot, I normally do 2sec interval during daytime. But for sunsets and sunrises I shoot with 6/8sec of interval..

Hey Mattia, amazing capture! I'm starting to get into timelapse videos and was wondering was this filmed as a timelapse or was it intervals of pictures then complied all together?

Hi Philip! Thank you! So glad you liked. It was filmed by taking raw pictures and compiled together, the quality is much higher if you do it with pics instead of video. Check out some of my tutorials, maybe you can find some of them useful that can help you start! 😊
