It surely is His will to help you. Endure, work hard at learning and be vigilant - Satan will hassle your mind. If you go a phase of "cooling" down, it is not an unforgiveble sin - He will lead you through it if you want to be lead - God speed and speak to the Lord Jesus when walking, doing work, training, resting, getting something to eat, first thing when you open your eyes. Personally I am by no means a good Christian - in my walk with Jesus or my day/day behaviour but we must try with the help of and through the mighty power of the Holy Spirit. 👍

3 Discoveries that Will Define the Unwasted Life: 1. There is an absolutely sovereign, transcendently pure, self-existing, self-sustaining, incomparably beautiful, all-knowing, all-wise, all-governing, all-upholding, all-defining, infinitely-valuable, all-satisfying God. (There is a great holy God who means to be known truly and treasured duly as God.) 11:15 2. Jesus Christ, the Son of God incarnate, not only become the means of my seeing and savouring the glory of God, but in the very act of overcoming these obstacles (37:16); becomes Himself the apex of the glory I couldn't see. 38:50 3. The life that most clearly displays the all-satisfying worth and glory of God in Christ is a life of joyful suffering in the service of love. 51:40 (Now i live and I die in order to show that God's glory in Christ crucified for sinners like me is infinitely invaluable. 49:56)

I think my favorite takeaway was at 55:22 "What is salty? Not just doing good deeds - even pagans do plenty of good deeds." "If you are so satisfied in your reward that you can happily keep doing good for people who hate you, you're off the charts salty." (Which makes sense when non-Christian family members look down on me for forgiving so easily and helping those who have wronged me)

Amen! Although this is my first time hearing this message, I know that I will rehearse it over and over again for the sake of recentering all of myself on God. The Truth is so very lucidly expounded here, impacting the intellect and the emotions so as to be absolutely certain of the reason for which I exist. I want my heart and mind to be so bound up in Christ--in finding all contentment and satisfaction in His glory and grace, that in comparison, everything else and anything else will seem as repulsive as dung. My faith has been fanned into a blaze and rejuvenated. Faith in our Savior, Jesus Christ. And I want to forever, for all eternity behold and know more and more of His glories. Praise be unto Him!
