Silver-6 vs Crystal-6. I know that Crystal-6 has a metal cone and neodymium magnet. but the silver series has a beauty cone and its cheaper. what you recommend for a small medium room. I will use an active subwoofer too. thanks !

The Crystal-6 is highly resolving with a presence peak. Silver-6 is a bit more laid back by comparison. I think the choice should be made based on the box design and which will work best in it, or if OB then whichever you think would sound best.

Or just use more powerful Russian Tubes like 6c33c-b or GM70. GM70 has close to 20w x2 output in a SET configuration. The 6c33c-b will give 12w x2 in a set configuration.
