In this video Tim demonstrates different ways to bridge and also ways to strengthen your shoulders to help you bridge better. Bridging can feel awesome, when you have the stability, mobility and strength to do it. #originalstrength

I had almost forgotten how wonderful it is to bridge. After an accident for over two and a half years ago, with a broken collarbone and a crushed heel, I have not actually done that exercise. But today (aften Tour videos) I made it. And it feelt amazing. And actually it’s gotten even better after all the rocking exercises and all the crawl I've made. Thank you for all your good videos and all your good points and loving approach to training.

Hey Tim, love your vids! Long time subscriber but first time commenter. Wanted to ask if you could ever make a video addressing athletes who play adaptive sports. Im a wheelchair basketball player, and I feel like my shoulders and hip flexors are all messed up from playing everyday. Maybe specific resets while sitting on wheelchair, or how to address shoulder and hip pain from repeatedly pushing a chair? More importantly, just want to say thanks for sharing awesome information on your channel!

Hey, thanks so much for writing in. And thanks for the question about adaptive sports - I'll see what I can do. If it's possible, Id love to see a video of how you navigate in your chair during your sport. That would give me much to go off of. Thanks again for the encouragement!

Hey guys, enjoyed this video. Is there any exercises you know that could specifically work on thoracic extension and/or forward head posture?

Ethan, Keeping the tongue on the roof of the mouth is the first place i'd start and then any of the commando rocking videos we have (see scapula winging videos) and the windshield wiper rolling videos. Those are great for T-spine mobility.

What a great way to mobilise for the bridge! One cool way to roll into the bridge is when you do the Elevated Roll, let your support arm and hand rotate externally (you can pivot on the blade of your hand) as you keep rolling over so your belly /chest is facing the sky, and then drop with control into a full back bridge. Ido shows it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qHuZnoakd7yeY8k

Tim: great video. Who would win in a fight? Robert DeNiro or Joe Pesci?
@OriginalStrengthSystem
@OriginalStrengthSystem 2 жыл бұрын
That’s a tough one. DeNiro has boxing experience from a couple of movies, but Pesci seems so feisty in an aggressive, angry way. And, Pesci survived all of those traps from Home Alone, so he is clearly resilient. My mind says DeNiro, but my gut says Pesci.
