Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth review | A Masterpiece

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is the greatest the series has ever been, and despite those action-orientated games that set RGG on its developmental path, having a turn-based RPG with minor action elements was a big change with the first title, and going one step further and making it even more fun and addictive was the right decision.
You can still explore and do tons of activities while uncovering a deep story filled with twists, turns, and emotional beats, but it feels entirely new at times, especially with everything the developer has added. There’s nothing I’d change about this one, and it improves on what’s come before it, and features a story worth investing your time in. Infinite Wealth is a masterpiece.

it cannot be more popular excluding female protagonist options and race options like even Pokemon series has. it already lost customers. this game is really primarily for misogynists , sexists, japanese supremacists, transgender males and people that accept being some ugly guy. Only those types can enjoy this type of game. bunch of simps with ugly taste. its sexist and racist compared to even Dungeons & Dragons tabletop.

I would have bought this game already if it weren't for the fee for NG+. I think it's morally corrupt of SEGA to try and make us pay for part of the game. What's next? $15 for HDR? $15 to control sound? $15 for subtitles? $15 for Japanese voiceovers? $15 for extra saves? We're mostly buying a digital game that is not resellable for $70 - perhaps, they should be offering a $15 discount when launching games since there is no shipping, no physical media, no returns, etc, etc.

I've heard another reviewer say this game requires less grind and does not have the insane enemy level spikes that Y:LAD had. Is this true? The grind was the only thing I disliked.

Yes. They’ve definitely made the difficulty curve better than the previous one. It’ll warn you as well about recommended levels, and we’d suggest taking those recommendations seriously!

Not going to bother with the animal crossing and pokemon games since the main game will be more than long enough. Plus with all the other jrpgs releasing in a two week time frame, if this game takes 40-50 hours to finish, I will be more than satisfied.
