It's because they reuse stuff that don't contribute towards making the core gameplay fun, this saves them a lot of time to concentrate on actual gameplay making every new game feel fresh while many AAA studios do the opposite and their games feel stale even after they take years.

(Taking into consideration that it's Like A Dragon spin-off...) but after seeing the gameplay, i was... gone full bannanas and started laughing out of nowhere... because RGG Studios went Full Devil May Cry with this project! Seeing how fast he juggled the Pirates, i thought, "That's Majima, not holding ANYTHING Back!" But i definitely will seek this game on release! So... here's duck 🦆

I’m dead. I have died. This is about to be game of the year next year Gaiden and IW were and are my favorite in the series. The second renaissance of Yakuza is upon us. Finally our Majima game. He looks so fun he finally has deeper combos. This is sick and such a fun concept. I love how RGG is one of the developers that didn’t forget games used to be about just pure fun. ❤
