@@vxidwvlkxr he sent SGP the finished product and Purrp requested that it be re-done to intentionally be blurry and the image look fucked up on purpose. I will also go as far as stating that Ugly is a secret member of Raider Klan and is not really discussed due to it being more about the relationship and music being released rather than fame, association or notoriety, contrary to what you see in mainstream hip hop. I truly wish that these two would work together again or at least maybe drop some more unreleased shit. Considering how reclusive they both can be I'm not surprised and I'm definitely thankful for the material we are able to cherish

its weird how i discovered a lot of musicians around 2011-2013 it was the beginning of algorithms and i ended up finding the 2nd coming of the hip hop golden age. if you got swept up by this wave then we have a lifelong connection i got more in common with you than 99% other people.

did you ever hear of metro zu? They were much more short lived but they even had songs with early denzel curry before he blew up aswell. I feel metro zu is the least mentioned underground group part of the sound cloud gen 1 pioneering age.

Nobody ever seems to notice Travis's involvement in occultism and even the *little sunshine ep* that got lost was a clear nod to Aleister Crowley. And multiple lyrics which are directly adopted from grimoires.

@@chrishayes5755 well done for falling for christian propaganda. And Crowley has influenced endless artists, led Zeppelin, black Sabbath, the Beatles, the doors, Red hot chili peppers, current 93, iron maiden, David Bowie,Rolling stones, Madonna, behemoth ,cradle of filth endless modern black metal, other metal genres and that's only naming a few musical artists and expands into inspiring Alan Moore the comic book writer, grant Morrison, Neil gamen, talk all the shit you want but Crowley is responsible for bringing an abundance of esoteric knowledge to the west that was held secret for thousands of years which is why he is hated so much for breaking the oath of secrecy of occult knowledge. As much as being a thug is about walking the walk, I really like the idea of “mista thug isolation”…the title itself is simply the summary of the project. What it’s like to be a thug, NOT when and what you do when your with squad but what a thug thinks, feels and goes thru all while in isolation. Despite stereotypical definition a thug isn’t a drug slanging, m*freeing guy. More so a lifestyle, a thought process, how you speak, the behavior, an emotional life of traumatic hardships. A thug is what is made when you introduce struggle to a person who truly can not seem to be lower than the bottom.

good video but ultimately missing the heavy hitting gutting pain of a man wearing a helmet which talks of a child being taken from the safeness you were used to gets stripped from you in a single breath. and how that sets the stage for the manic and mental breakdown that is discussing the topics of alcoholism and the fear of being unaware of what happened. that whole album needs an introspective video honestly its just so emotionally contorting

Rumour has it that one time Oloff was sat next to Jar Jar Binks on a flight. Jar Jar kept kicking the chair in front of him and generally being obnoxious, nobody knew what to do. Eventually one of the flight attendants came over and asked Oloff if he would perform one of his songs to calm Jar Jar down, and when Oloff began rapping the first verse to Doing It Stealthy, Jar Jar immediately relaxed. To this day the two are still close friends.
