He's aiming at the general mass where your car used to be when it was larger. You can see a similar effect when you were fighting other bandit technicals and their sawblades were aiming for the same spot but not hitting due to either being unable to aim that low or aiming at your more accurate hitbox in the larger vehicle.

Bringing cars into somewhere they shouldn't be instantly reminded me of my favorite bug in this game. If you back a technical into an area transition screen, get in the back, then enter the map, you spawn at the world's default point, instantly die, and get a really weird camera pan as you respawn at at the default new-u

This has to easily be the most cursed run in your challenge history, for a litany of reasons: - The mods needed to make this challenge possible - Claptrap being freaky with your car - Enemies being staggered when they clearly shouldn’t (i.e. Wilhelm and Crystalisks) - Meat bicycle - Having to use strats that you shouldn’t have to use them on (mainly for the AVEFs). - Having to grenade jump a fricking car - Flying via ghost mode I’m sure there were other cursed shenanigans that might’ve happened in this run, but you get the point by now.
