Lilikoi Butter - Pineapple Top Hawaii

Aloha! And Thankyou for watching another cooking video of ours! We love to make old, new and delicious recipes that we would eat ourselves. Here’s a recipe on Lilikoi butter or Lilikoi Curd. We use this on alot of different things such as toast, topping on ice cream or desserts like we show on our Creampuffs. This recipe is simple and just 4 ingredients. How easy is that?!?!

Recipe:
1 c Sugar
1 c Fresh Lilikoi ( Passion fruit) juice
4 oz Butter
6 egg yolks
