Lily really is the type of person who misinterprets a video game with a huge fanbase and insults people for liking things about every single generation that she just can't, and then get defensive about people hating her take because she thinks that gen 3 was the collective time the community wanted to treat every game like the newest videogame punching bag.

I think our beliefs on who we believe and who we put our trust in is what drove us apart. You may not be as extreme as I believe (a HUGE misinterpretation as you pointed out) and I'm not as conservative as you think. I think we should've kept our conversations on topics we actually agree on (or slightly disagree with like how FiM was handled). Regardless, I was WAY out of line this time in hindsight and you were right to call me out. I guess you could say we're both even. I removed the posts where I clearly didn't know better and was using a bad outdated example on my behalf and kept the rest. I understand us splitting apart for now. If we truly wanted to rekindle on anything, we should've been genuine from the start. Instead it was just endless verbal jousting and insults. Like I said, I was more vitriolic than usual as I felt that's how I had to get through to you after last time. A bad decision on my behalf as you really let me have it this time. Plus, I'm not that way towards my friends as that goes completely against my character. I should have chose my battles correctly even when I tried to. This time, I chose poorly and responded aggressively. You yourself admitted should've been better since last time we've spoke, however it was I who should've lead by example and should've been more merciful instead of merciless. I expected and assumed the worse from you and you assumed the worse in me. We took each other deliberately out of context just to put each other down and assume we were the extreme on either side. That's not how relationships work. I was wrong. Plain and simple. You screwed me over and I treated you worse. That did not resolve anything. You may have been wrong on your behalf, but I was so much WORSE! My hostility did not help one bit. I understand that you probably want to cut me off, but tbh, a part of me wishes we never split off after 2015. The 2020's were not a good time for us and hopefully we can be better people. If not, then... I guess we weren't right for each other to begin with... A huge let down for both of us. 😞 I hurt you just as worse than you hurt me if that makes sense. It was wrong. To say that I fucked up would be a huge understatement...

I don't know how much lore you're aware of, but this isn't really a silly feud at this point. Lily has a very deep and thorough history of alleged criminal activities, has been abusing the copyright strike feature to try to take down Ant's videos, and is now hinting at murder over a measly video critique. You may not like that it's come to this, and I'm sure Ant probably feels the same way, but the cat's out of the bag, and it's incredibly hard to just let someone try to shut down your entire channel and slander your name without defending yourself. Ant can still be the bigger person, without turning the other cheek, and I think he's balancing that fairly well.
