Because she is. Lily tears down the interests of those around her and verbally abuses them so they’ll listen to whatever she say. BTW she says they’re married despite both of Makaila needs to be in Canada to marry Lily. Which hasn’t happened. So they aren’t married. They aren’t even dating really. It’s more of an abusive friendship that she forced upon Makaila
