great video. are market if touched orders recommended for sells? what if i wish to also place a bracket order on the order?

MIT orders for sells, or buys, for entries or exits, for targets. Remember these are just orders, and they can be used for entries or exits. What matters is the current price the market is trading when you actually put the order in, and the direction. This may be a little confusing, and we have a few free tutorials on placing trades.
