JUST A QUICK NOTE: If you have adjustable dumbbells instead of regular dumbbells and can't "drop set" efficiently then simply do both 20 second sets using the same weights. The total is only 40 second before you rest so it's a great plan B if drop sets don't work for your equipment. Next week's workouts have moved away from drop sets and we've introduced another new method so just get through this week :)

I love your channel. I am a 68 old lady, and my family is amazed, saying I am the strongest person in the family. I shared your channel with a couple of them and one friend. There is no reason a 68 year old is as strong or stronger than her 16-20 year old grandsons - too much time sitting in front of their computers and televisions.

If you have adjustable dumbbells rather than traditional or hex then you'd have to stay on the same weight the whole time. Next week different method so don't worry about it 👍
