Max you have now mentioned on numerous occasions that the only 3 end bosses below 10 minutes since MoP, are Sarkareth, Blackhand and Denathrius. This is not true, Xavius, G'Huun and Jaina, were all below 10 minutes aswell. (And world first Queen Aszhara was 10 minutes 10 seconds, so while it doesnt count, almost every guilds kill after that was sub 10, making it a sub 10 fight for 99% of guilds)

Don't know if it changes difficulties yet, but my guild cleared up to Smolderon on normal last night and the council bosses all had the same health. I thought that fight was a blast. Each boss had 176mil in a 28 man on normal

Larodar as a tank is the coolest boss ever. Jumping out into the abyss, mitigating, then jumping back in… it’s so satisfying to play.

My take on the fyrakk private auras is that most of the abilities they've put in there are just there to break what was done on echo of neltharion, bc there'll be too many different auras to cleanly see who has a specific one on a list. Also my bet is 8-9 days. I think with gear being more important due to the larger jump, the reset becomes a bigger deal, and I think fyrakk dies within 2 days of reset.

Council bosses are the types of fights I feel need to exist in a raid or atleast every other raid or w/e. Unless it's absolutely horrendous I feel even a mediocre council fight existing probably makes the raid better as a whole. But yeah they haven't exactly been bangers lately have they.

I think Aberrus was a more fun raid to play so far from a normie/heroic player perspective. We'll see how things progress but yeah... might be unpopular opinion but who knows how it'll progress.

Only did normal last night. I enjoyed most of the fights, albeit they seemed far under tuned. I will say, however, I hated Council. It’s pure gimmick. Not looking to that fight for normal and heroic farms.

I absolutely hate some of Blizzard's art design. Why does a boss fight have to be orange on orange on orange or green on green on green. I'm not asking for a rainbow of colors for visual clarity that looks ugly. But surely they could use more colors that compliment each other.

Comparatively just on normal alone the grass side is probably the hardest out of the whole raid and absolutely sucks so badly. As an overall I think this raid is the best of DF, but as a raid it’s a solid 8/10 I’d say cause some bosses just suck ass but the 7/9 bosses are bangers

My guild cleared this entire raid in 2 hours on the first night after taking a several month break so we werent exactly over geared and we only wiped twice in the last boss and most of the raid didnt even look up the tactics. During my 3 years with this guild, we have never cleared a raid so quickly and easily. And I thought Abberus was easy lol

Basing it on the position in the raid has always been weird to me. The fight is either fun or not, whether it’s a first boss or last boss. Why are you complicating things.

Comparing a first boss to a last on how fun it is, isn't very comparable. All raid bosses aren't given the same amount of design time and love.

First bosses are fun when you can all just blast and its relaxing and a good entrance to the fight. Sludgefist was good because it felt amazing and ramped up over time with huge dps amps and you killed it at the very very end of the enrage timer. Denathrius was good because it was a perfect dance that took a while to learn. Sludge would not have been fun as a perfect dance, likewise denath wouldnt have been fun if it were fun and relaxing like a first boss.
