When u have almost 1100 pulls on a boss you either don’t have a clue what you’re doing or the boss is brutal difficult i would guess it’s somewhere in between.

Now that Siege is back in the mythic pool the one change i wish Blizzard would have made before it going live is Remove the instant damage on the last boss when u get the circles around you that you need to dispel. On a higher key level these can basically 1 shot you instant if u don't pay attention.

The variance between some sets are just mind blowing... I am a warrior main since the beggining of wow, and those dps sets makes me angry. But what makes me even more angry is the ret paly set. We have been nerfed to the ground for absolutly no fucking reasons, to the point they need to buff us flat for TWENTY PERCENT, and i don't even think it will bring us into S tier, but especially the fury 4 set is a joke... If the buff was additive with the number of stacks you had when the win streak is broken (like streak ends at 10 stacks = 150% dmg on the next selected filler), and stackable for the 2 fillers instead of being EITHER one OR the other, it would be ok... But buff one of our fillers by 15%, neither stackable 2 times as for the upgraded thunder clap nor being able to "store" the buff for each filler, i can't imagine how much bad crack a dev must sniff to think that on one of the most APM spec in the game, buffing so little and only one of our 2 main fillers, with i presume new stack crushing the previous one and replacing it would be a good idea... Even with a weak aura you would need to take the decision in a split of a second between your fillers to use this set properly... and for only 15% damaga buff for ONE FILLER USE! All of that while having extreme range issues especially for colossus warriors, mid damage and a 10% temprorary HP as unique utility... And in the meantime, ret paly that have very good dps, a battle rez, immunes both for themselves and others, immunity to root / slow both for them and other, -3% flat damage taken for everyone, lay on hands, extra range with a lot of their abilities having increased range, sacrifice to mitigate damages on someone, and so on... Got a 4 set that says "whenever you consume your win streak, all your heavy hitting spenders are not only free but max out your holy power, you CANNOT LOOSE holy power so free dps or spot healing spamming if required, and does 10% more damage or healing for 4 secondes?! WTF is this shit?! The paly dev needs to share his dope with the warrior dev, we cruelly need this amount of love too! I read that as if a rogues would be 100% GARANTEED to have infinite combo points for 4 seconds AND a damage amp of 10%! It is just crazy strong and broken!

i still remember 1 of the best raid leaders i ever seen , when i start to play WoW ( recently , when WWT launch) after hit max level and do some M runs , i decide to start watch some guides about raid and start to play it , Ofc as a first run i have some panic moments and die 50% of time , after 4 wipes , leader send my a whisper " i realize u are new to this budy , u can do it , just be more focuse , let's not make others angry, and have bad experience" that whisper change my run 100% , As a leader you have to know when to act, if you are toxic and start screaming after the first wipe or miss mecanic, you will soon be your own leader :)) most of ppl will not enjoy if are stressed

M+ is actually why I quit WoW a few months ago at 615 item level. After the first day after a weekly reset there's nothing left to do to meaningfully progress aside from Mythic+ and quite frankly they're just not fun, not at all.

There is a reduced need for an individual who holds all the other individuals accountable for their errors as you approach the top of any field, because people get to the top by being predisposed to taking ownership of their mistakes, learning from them, and correcting them. That role becomes more of a mentorship position, or simply someone who is obliged to hold a wider perspective than the specialists they're working with and make sure the parts are moving together properly. If your raid is full of teenage recruits you might need to do some yelling. If it's full of navy seals you're probably better off just analysing and incorporating their insights into your strategy. Even the worst of them got there because they don't need yelling at, they're highly motivated to keep improving and determined to own their mistakes, whatever it takes to succeed. The only field of endevour that occurs to me where this is not always the case is in sports, where pure talent occasionally carries someone to the top without ever really learning to criticise themselves meaningfully, so long as they put in the reps. Possibly also academia, due to some fairly archaic structures. The best thing you can do to create success for a team is create an environment where people feel comfortable about putting their ego aside and critiquing their own performance. In fact not just comfortable, but motivated to do it. I think there's more ways to do it than just normalising it or setting an example though.

I was in a mythic guild early TWW, the raid leader, when ever we made a mistake used to "insult" us. He said it is his personnality and we should not take it personnaly because he was "joking" (he said once: think about killing your self if you can't do this. Also that we, animals, should think about euthanasia). Coming to raid was stressfull to me eventhough I enjoy raiding... I left the guild 2 month after during progress. Was I wrong ? (Sorry my English is meh)

Why the dooming over the havoc changes? Those got me interested in playing the game again, you vengeful retreat anyway so putting the dmg bonus on your gap-closers that you naturally press after retreating anyway feels good like you back flip and then charge back in all super-powered and it's much less clunky than having to deal with immo aura and procs

I come from ff14. It's so funny how ff14 is absolutely first and foremost all about story, themes, vibes, etc. and yet they do a way better job at QoL things that make the gameplay experience better. Runbacks? Nope. Visual clarity? Yep. I was bewildered when I did M+ the first time and saw the level of cooked that is the visual clarity. I promise that players doing M+ do NOT care about the color of swirlies being thematic to the dungeon, holy shit.

The several tier sets that read as "Your spells have a chance to make x and y rotational spells do more damage, stacking up to z times. Using x and y spell has a chance to cancel this buff" all need that second sentence removed and replaced with a set timer of the buff. Being rng punished by my rotation has to be the worst feeling you could possible go for. You simultaneously make my spells feel good and absolutely awful in the same tier set. Also this game already has way too much rng in kits, why makes tier sets add even more significant rng? Literally everyone hates extremely impactful rng (Reaper's Mark this season).

What if M+ was more structured like Delves--in the way that for each completion (Delve/M+) you unlock a higher level, and by doing so remove the lowering of M+ key level from timer failure. Make it that you could go to any dungeon and just set it to any level which the party has unlocked... And then maybe with your weekly vault you could be gifted a special bonus token for bonus loot like bountiful keys, make it dungeons specific to promote running various dungeons (and not just the meta runs which everyone would be going for straight gear and crest farm)? A follow up question is: using this method, does it make delves less fun by not taking away your highest level of entry away from not completing a delve? Do you think completion becomes less rewarding by not being punished with loosing a key level--vs just not being rewarded? This new M+ method could also stay timed (with a death counter), but focuses on rewarded/ not rewarded--instead of punishement.

In S1 TWW, I raid lead as prot war for a while - switching to BM finally has been so nice. Such a fun class to play, I overperform and I can do it while making callouts and such.
