I'm 5 minutes into this video and this is what I look for. After RWF, I think the best thing to do is get involved with the community. There is a lot more to WoW than just the race, and while it's fun, the outreach and interaction that you provide to the community is irreplaceable. That guild seems chill af. I hope seeing the raid and experiencing it on some of their roster can help them progress with the rest of the guild on their own. From my own experience, it's a lot harder to lead the fight when you are still learning on it as well, but once the leader/s are comfortable and can give good directions, then the boss dies so quickly.
