Wow never figured Limmy would zoom in on something I'd know. Grandparents used to love driving out to these small Kansas towns. This was basically one of the few I remember fondly. Those little dala horses are like the entire point of the place, they craft and sell them. Though I don't know how affordable they are because we never made it home with one....

Hi Limmy, greetings from an Irishmam in Värmland in Sweden. Hyllningsfest is an appreciation celebration, i.e. appreciation of their Swedish heritage. Swedish is full of old French words. Btw, you won't have any Swedish in you Limmy, as the Vikings that came to Britain and Ireland were from Norway and Denmark.

why are so many US states distressingly flat
@firalanger685011 ай бұрын
I don't know, but maybe they are far away from any geologic activity deep in the continent? No tectonic collisions or stuff like that.
@Meladjusted6 ай бұрын
Because you're watching Limmy constantly clicking on either places in the middle of the country, which are the plains, or the southwest, which is the desert. I think he does it because the states in the middle of the country are the least populated and the places you find are bound to be a bit odd. Most of the country really isn't flat though, with 2 mountain ranges going down either coast. But I'd probably assume the same along with thinking most of the country was dry and lacking forests, if I went by these too.
@Meladjusted6 ай бұрын
@@firalanger6850 There is tectonic activity, but it's closer to the coasts. The west coast has earthquakes quite frequently, especially California. East coast has more minor activity. But like I said in my other reply, Limmy is always picking states in the middle of the country; the plains.
