Today, young people across Europe and beyond are facing diverse challenges (economic, social, political). Leadership education in all its forms is a catalyst for empowerment, development and change. The Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), with the support of Movetia, hosted a training involving 32 change makers, from 18 to 35 years old and coming from more than 10 different countries: Switzerland, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, The Czech Republic, France, Greece, Germany, Romania, Palestine and Armenia.
During 7 days, they gained leadership skills and practical knowledge in order to enhance their social and personal competencies.
This video was made by Samir Akacha, an alumnus of the 2022 GCSP LIMPACT - Lead and Influence with Impact Course. Having seen his commitment to the programme and his professional development since that first gathering, he was offered a position as facilitator for LIMPACT 2023. His connection with the participants and the staff team resulted in this video production that now which showcases the content, the activities and the feedback from the new programme alumni.
