I hope at least a couple of you will find this video interesting. Here is my collection of medals that I've been collecting for many years. Will be happy to hear from any other collectors out there and will judge by comments if more detailed follow ups will be filmed.

Thanks for sharing this. The rarest medal is probably the Order of Glory 2nd class, followed by Order of the October Revolution and Order of the Red Banner. All the Patriotic War 1st class seem to be 85 version, but if you have a WWII issued Patriotic War 1st class, that would be pretty rare too. Order of the Red Star can vary a lot based on the serial number.

cool collection. I also collect a bit, but have limited space and ...the idea with the frames is cool. on the other hand, we do not want outsiders to spot them and steal them.....thanks for sharing

if you're ever in the central Texas area there is a museum in College Station called the Museum of the American GI that you would enjoy. We had WWII reunions for many years, the last 2 were at the College Station museum. I plan on putting up more videos of our WWII private museum stuff... quite a collection of uniforms and medals

Bottom right frame, top left corner. Order VICTORY, manufactured in 1943 in the amount of 22 pieces. 2 of them were not given to anyone. In total there are 17 knights of the order (some twice, for example Zhukov and Vasilevsky). At the moment, all of the Oden's gentlemen have died. All orders awarded to Soviet military leaders are in museums in Russia. The fate of the rest of the orders is also known. There are rumors that the Romanian king Mihai I sold his order for $ 4 million. So it turns out you are either too rich to keep 4 million dollars on the wall, or you have a fake. :)

Wow! These are very very neat! I like to collect coins and knives and I feel where you are coming from. Would be cool if you spaced out between your car content (not do it all at once and sideline the car stuff) but go through some of the cool ones. Explain what you know. Shiny things a fun to collect. Each ones different. Advice for some is taking the historic side of what they are with a grain of salt and not getting butt hurt like some might over what they were for, that time is in the past.
