Installing Halo (angel eyes) style headlights from CarID on my 2005 Lincoln Town Car.

Yet another amazing video - getting so many ideas for my 2011 TC. So looking at these lights on your '05 TC - and looking at CarID - yours appear to be WHITE (or are they the ones which can change color? Does the '05 TC use the High Beams as DRL? How did you get around that?

600.00 dollars for these lights I’m so sad I want these bad so bad. These are freaking sweet any idea an how I can find these cheaper. Shit just for the regular light lenses ITZ over 300.00 :(

Hey man so i i bought the same ones from CARiD and once installed they worked fine, but when i turned on the turn signal they both turned off and didnt want to turn back on. I tested them by putting the red wire to the + part of the batter and black wire to the - and they worked. Any reason why they dont want to work now once wired?

Henry Guido if you remove the wire and hook right up to battery do they light up?

If they do then you may have tapped into the wrong wire also check your ground. If you are familiar with a multimeter you will be able to find what wires to tap into

I have a 2007 Town Car with 30k Miles only. Thought about those lights but wasn’t sure if they look decent when off. I don’t want it to look cheap like a kids Civic. Some of those look terrible when the halos are not on.

The locker you refer to..... AKA 3M Scotch Lock if all electrical taped up so moisture does not get inside will last for years.' life of the car'

03-11 all the same but there were a rare HID option and a common Halogen option

how do you install angel eyes behind clear lens, you don't show that in your video or how to get behind clear lens or the install procedure and what size are the rings 140 160mm trying to figure these lights out, the lens ect because need to paint mine in black because not available

they came pre-installed on the light assembly from carid, search eagle eye lights on carid

acts2211 CarID sells them complete but you can also buy just the halos and install them yourself

These Halos are preinstalled in the headlight housing from the factory.

Terry Pebworth those assembly will only fit 03+ but you can oracle lighting and find out what size rings will fit your application. It’s not terribly difficult to bake open a set of 08-02 headlights
