Hiking alone in the rain in the Adirondack High Peaks

A rainy Saturday hike up Seymour Mountain in the Adirondack Mountains.

Looking Good! Climbed Seymour in 1973. Day before we did Emmons, Donaldson, Seward, all from the west southwest side. Still looks like a bear of a climb. Well done!

Great video! I hiked this on June 11th and I had a similar rainy and cloudy trip. It was my first high peak of the year and also came after a significant weight loss. Seymour was a great hike. The drenched slabs were definitely a challenge, especially on the descent.
