Question time is designed for Constituents to ask questions through their elected officials to get answers to concerns. If she refuses to answer questions she should be demoted to the back Bench. Her portfolio given to someone who knows up from down. It is also supposed to be wrong to have a question put by a colleague, but that seems to be a thing of the past as well. Simple solution is to get rid of Question Time.

When you come to realize that the major parties only goal is to stay in power not to run the country in a way that is reflective of the peoples wants , desires and in fact needs then the parliament begins to make a lot of sense. Sack them all and make them actually prove they are worth what they earn, which most of them will never be able to do. The voice is a waste of our time and money there are issues of the government pissing on our constitution that are far more worthy of referendums to sort it out once and for all.
