The term saltwater pool is often misunderstood . Saltwater pools do indeed have salt in them, but the salt content is very low, usually less than 3000ppm, the ocean for example has roughly 30,000ppm. The salt in the pool is used to be broken down electronically by a salt cell from NaCL into sodium and chlorine. So a the cleansing agent in a saltwater pool is still chlorine. It’s just not added in the form of liquid or powder. Hope this makes sense! Love the videos! See ya when we get there!

We are nearly at the finish line of getting rid of stuff for hopefully a move to TV by late spring early summer. We set a goal of everything we are taking has to fit in one large POD. Believe me, once you start the process you will be shocked by the the things you were able to either give away, throw away, or donate without remorse. Our next adventure on our journey to TV since we are shipping our car is traveling from R.I. to TV with our cats in a rented cargo van. Going to have to give the cats and me a little sedation to tolerate this journey.

I know of an art teacher making just under $100,000 a year from her retirement program. My old neighbor across the street retired as a HS counselor. She and her partner get new Lexus SUV every 2-3 years. Teachers make good money in retirement in the state I lived in.

My husband Kevin and I watch all your videos so much great information on the Villages. We are moving there in a year or two at the most. Our Lifestyle visit is in September 2022. Kevin my husband told me to send this note regarding Linda's hair. Kevin can be critical, and he loves her hair! I have worn my hair different ways, but I always go back to the one that looks the best on me, and I just keep it that way now. It takes a long time to grow out a bad hair style. I guess it depends on where you're from. I find food prices in the grocery stores in The Villages to be similar or a little less than here in northern Virginia. Other areas of Florida I find grocery prices much less. However, the prices of meals in the country clubs are definitely less than we pay in restaurants here in NoVa.

I looked at the villages and ended up near Gainesville . I was afraid of all the add on costs would keep going up. Tell the RVers there is a couple of nice ones in Levy co. Highly recommend Hart springs and Otter creak for vets.

We are full time RVers closing on our Villa in April. FYI, the villages has two RV storage areas, although the wait list is a year to a year and a half. We are 137th on the list. We stayed at Lake Griffin when we were house hunting, and it is a great place to stay, but during the winter it is almost impossible to get a space for more that 2 to 3 days and don’t even think about weekends. Stayed some up in the Ocala area when we couldn’t get Lake Griffin. Did not try private parks because of the number of dogs we travel with. Private parks often require two to three month stays during snow bird season. RVing in FL during the winter has become very difficult now. Have to plan we ahead.

Unfortunately, I got sick in 1994 and have been on SS since 1996, making my monthly benefits very low. Keep up the great work. My husband and I have calculated our living expenses based on your videos and believe we’re going to be able to live on his SS alone down there. That is no where near possible here in NJ. We are fortunate enough to have more income now, but if one of us passed away the other will need to be able to continue in the home. That can work there in The Villages. Funny about Linda's hair - did Jeff miss her pink hair? Currently live in the country & we put out an electric/invisible fence - worked real good until our dog saw a squirrel and ran right thru it. But the buzzing kept her from coming back. I wouldn't trust that it works - if they want what's on the other side enough they will accept that short shock because it doesn't last long once they are on the other side.
