I just listened to your masterclass and this was a couple hours after listening to your video on how you wanted to be more authentic. Because so much can be rehearsed scripted responses in the corporate world, very rehearsed presentations can sound like one is talking at people instead of to people. That being said if a person is authentic they can be looked at as a threat for being honest. Related to your conversations about intuition and spirits in your surroundings, I feel like so much of that activity is highest during periods of unemployment. Some say that activity is highest when one is in crisis or major life transitions, but in my last run of unemployment I learned that sometimes one is supposed to be completing other life tasks on our journey and interacting with people that one otherwise wouldn’t have met. Learning things that one otherwise wouldn’t learn. So I can see in hindsight that I also wasn’t finding a job promptly because other situations outside of me and my understanding were happening at the time. Just combining some of the job strategy and spirit influences

Love this Linda! I’ve been following for years. Recently made redundant and started with redefining my North Star, getting crystal clear on what I want to achieve. Then also thought I needed to focus on 3 things in my next role. 1 to be heard ( active participant in teams conversations) 2 to be seen (sharing learnings) 3 to be doing ( being strategic on the work that delivers big impact on others) All of which to help move me towards my North Star. My word of advise, go to work, get your money, go home, especially if you are working in a corporate company. I am literally the last person of 9 in my training group. Everyone else left the business, and I am the last man standing literally, and all these newbies get promoted. I no longer give a flying hoohaa of the place where I am and just vibe earning money getting experience from different departments when I am bored cause I ask to move depts from General Support to KYC. Applied to Payments and Supervisor, got rejected for no reason so now I just vibe. You guys should vibe and leave life simple and hone your skills on your current job, let the others gain the stress, not you 😂❤

I have done that with some companies and it has kept me out of drama. In other companies it’s been assumed by others that everyone wants the promotion, OR they want everyone to want the promotion and it can look like one is passed over 9 times. I don’t agree with it either but in small to midsized companies their biggest incentive is promotions

@karagraham9764 Tell me about it, but at least you are getting your money and knowledge of different jobs, layer on you won't need to work for a promotion cause you can simply join a company at a higher rank if you ever wish to do so of course. As you would have a bunch of experience from multiple jobs. Wishing you goodluck and best fortune, keep at it and chin up! (And to all readers too) We work a day closer to retirement if the Govs give us a snatch of what they take in taxes, but that's another thing 😉🙏
