I would have liked to make this, but the measurements and instructions were incomplete. I am unsure of what the seasonings you went back and added are. Maybe next time you could give us an ingredient list at the beginning of the video.

@thestickerfarm12543 жыл бұрын
Why the little jars in the bottom? Seems like they would be covered with the 3 inches of water in the canner as it boiled. Maybe that contributed to the syphoning? The pints would have held up the top rack. Just a thought because I hate when my jars get greasy.

I was an avid Zaycon purchaser. I was so disappointed when they closed. I have found a new one that is doing the same type of deliveries, they are called Azure - Standard of Healthy and Abundant Living. I just found out about them today, and I am planning on placing an order at the beginning of March. Fingers crossed this turns out well. Just thought I'd share my find with you and anyone that reads your posts.

Gina, I was just wondering if I could add golden raisins in with this. I just got a deal on chicken drumsticks that I couldn't resist. I heard that a chicken farm lost all of it's baby chicks in this last ice storm. You know prices are going to inflate. I'm glad you left this comment.
@landandsea223 жыл бұрын
@@marthahoward7734 I don't see why not. I just ate some more today and added more fresh dried cherries and I think its better to add that kind of stuff after as they do plump up during canning. I have been buying chicken legs and thighs for .79 to .99 cents per lb lately. I just got 50 lbs of chicken legs recently and by the time I cooked and deboned it I only had 20 lbs chicken meat and 30 lbs in waste. So I decided from now on I will get the boneless breasts when they are 1.69 lb or less and it will be a better value and way less work. I do like to pack chicken legs bone in with the spicy broth though.
