Wonderful workout, as usual, you always manage to be original and challenging! This last one was really really intense, in the end I was soaked but extremely satisfied! 🤣 Thanks Linda 👍

Wow, that is definitely a different kind of workout. Especially the handstands and different wrist positions. Those who have bad hand-eye coordination will definitely struggle with this one as the 10 seconds used to rest are also all you get in terms of instruction time to transition into the next move. Those with wrist issues will probably also want to avoid this workout as there is quite a lot of arm balancing. Overall, a great sweat. I think I'm going to need to do it a few more times to "master" the moves to really get the most out of my workout.

Yes, I agree, this one is a bit wrist intensive. Maybe start with the Endurance 70 series and work your way up so your wrists get stronger.
