www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the BODYWEIGHT BASICS Series. These workouts use intervals of 70 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to fully fatigue each muscle group. Using no equipment except your own body-weight you will see how much definition and strength you can achieve in just 30 minutes and in minimal space. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
Bodyweight Basics Lower 70/10 uses intervals of 70 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 20 rounds. This is an endurance workout with lots of lunge, squat and kick combinations. There are also some forward leaning leg raises to work your lower body from all angles. You will finish with a stretch to lengthen your muscles. To intensify this workout you can add light dumbbells or ankle weights.
