www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the Torch and Tone Series. These 4 workouts are designed torch fat and tone your muscles with fun cardio segments and tough sculpting exercises. You will slide and box away those calories and use body weight and weights to chisel and define your entire body.
In Torch and Tone Weights you will start with a fun aerobics warm up, then move to body weight squats and lunges you will move to using medium then heavy weights with varying rep patterns for all your favorite lower body exercises, there are squats, dead lifts, lunges, plie squats, side lunges and curtsy lunges. You will finish on the mat with a tough abs set and a stretch. You will finish with a lengthening stretch.
Equipment needed: hand weights (3.5kg/8lb and 5kg/11lb)
Length: 57 mins
Fitness Level: Intermediate Advanced to Advanced (modifications available)

I completed this workout yesterday and I can hardly move today! 😅 The soreness was well-earned. I did a little better job of keeping up, but still no where near as fit as you, lol! Thank you, Linda for this challenge. Love it! 🔥💪🏽

I was expecting legs of 🔥 with this one and instead it was a heart-pumping, sweat-drenching non-stop cardio for me. Those pulses were intense but allowed me to catch my breath and I was welcoming that burn. I can’t wait until I’m fit enough to keep up with you! I end up pausing a few times to get the reps in. Thank you Linda for another mentally and physically challenging workout! 💖

This was insane! 24hrs later and my muscles are still sore. I was holding 4-5.5kg weights so my arms and back muscles are also hurting. I will do this once a week now.

I usually get bored with weighted squats and lunges but this workout went by so fast and kept my heart rate up. Added it to my favorites. Thanks Linda

This is definitely not a regular strength training workout. I did it on Friday and had to take a rest day on Saturday because my lower body was sore. ☺️ Thanks a lot!

That was great Linda! My lower body just recovered from last week’s weighted barre - I won’t be able to walk again!! 😅 And the abs!! 😮 That was killer! Thank you!! 💕

Started my Monday strong with this one 😊. I used my 3 kg and 4 kg weights and that wasn't easy. Those weights + all the reps made me sweat 💦 😊. Thank you, Linda for this great workout!

my heart rate didn't get above 84, i used 8 and 10lb weights in addition to a 10lb resistance band for legs (i'm 3 years post menopause and have to workout twice as hard as i did before it, all women have to) great for beginners, i think. some of her other workouts are more challenging, i would wear shoes if you are used to doing lunges and squats that way, at least you can move faster to make it more of a tabata style workout

yes, this one has a good cardio factor and if you use medium weights it will make your lower body slimmer not bulky 😊

I used one kg in one hand and one in other for lighter weights.and 2+2kg in heavier weights portion. How many time u recommend this workout in a weak?

you can use lighter weights and go a bit slower until you build up strength 😊
